Analysis and Optimization of Centrifugal Compressor Diffuser with Small Flow Rate Stage

对一离心压缩机小流量级扩压器内部的三维粘性流场进行了数值研究。对叶片扩压器进行初始设计,并分析讨论了扩压器叶片型线,使其级多变效率提高近5个百分点。

Numerical research of the three dimensional viscous flow field in diffuser with small flow rate stage of centrifugal compressor is carried out. Primary design is carried out on blade diffuser, and the blade profile is analyzed and discussed, 5% increase of the efficiency of the stage is achieved.
