现代骨 民族魂 自然衣——惠州西湖南门景区设计小议

Modern Structure, National Soul and Natural Scene——The South Gate Region Design of West Lake Resort in Huizhou

本着“现代骨”“﹑民族魂”“﹑自然衣”的设计理念,设计广东惠州西湖南门景区。抓住史料中记载苏东坡的典故,以具象手法塑造成景,艺术地再现史实,强调园林设计中环境与文化艺术的结合。

The paper introduces the planning of the new South Gate Scenic Area in the famous Huizhou West Lake Resort, which has more than one thousand years in the history. With the ideas of modern structure, the soul of nation and the natural scene, and quoting the story of Su Dong-po, the planning tries to translate the lit- erary quotation into a modern landscape, so as to express the history by an artistic method. The planning emphasizes the integration of the environment art and culture art in the garden design.
