摘要 心力衰竭已成为全世界范围内发病率和死亡率升高的主要原因之一。心力衰竭患者的心肌中发生了一系列分子水平的改变,其中最显著的是在β-肾上腺素受体(β-AR)信号级联中的改变。β-肾上腺素受体是属于G蛋白偶联受体(GPCRs)大家族中的一种,它通过控制肌肉收缩力以及对儿茶酚胺变时性的应答来调整心脏功能。在预防和治疗心力衰竭的方法中,适量的有氧运动可以对患者起到积极的作用。 Heart failure (HF)remains a significant and increasing cause of worldwide morbidity and mortality. There are serial molecular changes in the diseased myocardium with HF patient. The most notable change is the alteration of the β-adrenergic receptor (β-AR) signaling cascade. β-ARs belongs to the large family of G-protain-coupled receptors(GPCRs)and modulate cardiac function by controlling the inotropic and chronotropic response to catecholamines. Moderately aerobic exercise was proved positively effective for prevention and treatment to HF patients.
