光助Fenton氧化-混凝法联合处理含聚合物油田污水技术 被引量:9

摘要 首先采用光助Fenton试剂对含聚合物油田污水进行氧化降解降粘,再利用反应后污水中的Fe3+和经酸浸活化的粉煤灰联合对污水进行混凝处理,探讨了初始pH值、H2O2浓度、FeSO4·7H2O浓度和混凝剂浓度对污水CODCr去除率的影响。结果表明,光助Fenton试剂不仅可去除污水的部分CODCr,而且可显著提高污水的混凝性能,经光助Fenton氧化-混凝法联合处理后, 污水的CODCr去除率可达90%左右。远大于两法单独处理效果之和,同时光助Fenton氧化-混凝法采用廉价的活化粉煤灰,有效降低了Fenton试剂的用量,大大降低了成本,具有很好的推广价值。 The oilfield sewage containing polymer was treated oxidativly with photo - Fenton reagent at first, and then was flocculated with Fe3+ in the sewage and flyash activated by acid. The effects of initial pH value, H2O2 concentration, FeSO4·7H2O concentration, Fenton reagent system, UV/Fenton, UV/air exposure/Fenton system, and flocculants concentration on CODCr removal rate were evaluated. The results showed that photo - Fenton reagent could remove part CODCr and improve flocculation quality of sewage. CODCr removal rate reached 90 % by the combining technique, its efficiency was better than the total efficiency of single photo - Fenton oxidation and single flocculation method.H2O2 concentration and the cost were reduced as the cheap flyash was used in the combining techniques .
