摘要
通过文献资料法、逻辑归纳法、专家访谈法,对高校现行学生体育学习评价现状进行归纳和评述,按照素质教育的要求和人力资源管理学的绩效考评模式,构建适合大学生身心发展的体育学习评价模式———全过程动态目标考评。
By the methods of literature,logical inducing and interviewing with related experts,it concludes and comments evaluation mode of learning about PE in universities. According to the achievement evaluation of human resource management,it constitutes the new evaluation mode of development goals which is suitable for the development of students' bodies and minds in university.
