摘要
论述了体育科技期刊与编辑素质的关系,分析了编辑素质对体育科技期刊质量的影响,并针对期刊质量的提高,提出了体育科技期刊编辑所应具备的素质。
It expounded the relations between sports scientific journals and editor's quality and analyzed the effect of editor's quality on sports scientific journals.Aiming at the improvement of quality of journals,it put forward the quality which a sports scientific editor should possess.
