Experimental Study on Physical and Psychological Influence of Thermal Stress on Exercising College Students

环境对体育锻炼者参加体育活动的影响日益受到关注。通过观察普通大学生在高温环境中上体育课时的生理及心理变化,研究热环境对运动者的生理及心理影响,为合理安排高校体育实践课提供参考。

The influence of environment on exercising people was drawn more and more attention.The influence of thermal environment on exerciser physically and psychologically was examed by observing the physical and psychological change of exersising students during PE class.Therefore,the advise for arranging PE class in higher learning was put forward and some guidances for students doing exercise in thermal environment were given.
