加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,要以理想信念教育为核心,以爱国主义教育为重点,以思想道德建设为基础,以大学生全面发展为目标,努力提高思想政治教育的针对性、实效性和吸引力、感染力。要像关爱自己的子女那样,关心学生冷暖疾苦,为学生办实事,切实解决好学生的实际问题。

While strengthening and improving undergraduates ideological and political education work, the core should be ideality and faith education, emphasis be patriotism education, base be mind and morals and target be all-round development of undergraduates, trying to push the pertinence, actual effect and force in ideological and political education. We should care for students' comfort and maladies, do practical thing for them and solve their actual problems, just like caring for kids of ourselves.
