学生思想政治教育最重要的是要贴近学生,要从原来"抓两头、带中间"的传统模式中脱离出来,关爱所有学生,努力挖掘他们的优点,使他们思想上纯正,政治上有追求,学业上有进步,心理上健康,成为合格的大学生。

The most important things of student ideological and political education are to keep close to them, to break away from traditional mode-'grasping both ends and leading the middle', to love all of the students, and to develop their virtues, impelling them to think purely, be ambitious to politics, make progress on school work, be healthy on mentality and be eligible undergraduates.
