Strengthen the Construction of the Party's Governance Capability

中国共产党是执政党,党的领导以及党所肩负的历史使命,都要通过党的有效执政来实现。因而,加强党的执政能力建设关系到小康社会进程、关系到社会主义事业兴衰成败、关系到党和国家长治久安、关系到党的执政地位。通过在思想观念、干部培养和创新能力方面去促进执政能力的提高将是加强党的执政能力建设的现实途径。

The Communist Party of China is a party in power. The historical mission of the Party and the leading of the Party need the Partys effective governing to realize them. Therefore, strengthening the construction of the Partys governance capability is the great subject of the Partys self building. It concerns our country construction process of well off society in an all round way, concerns the vicissitudes of the socialist cause, concerns the life and death of the Party and long-term stability of the Chinese nation, and concerns the ruling status of the Party. Enhancing the governance capability in the concept and idea, cadre training and ability of innovation is a realistic way of strengthening the construction of the Party's governance capability.
