摘要
本文从外国直接投资的区位选择、产业选择、方式选择三个方面探讨了投资对城市化的影响,指出投资的区位选择影响了城市的区域分布,均衡了地区经济,加速了城市化进程;投资的产业选择促进了产业结构调整,有助于中心城市由工业经济向服务型经济的转换和提升;投资的方式选择对大都市区发展起了催化作用。
The purpose of this essay is to probe into the influence of foreign direct investment (FDI) on the urbanization through the means of geography selection, business selection and investment pattern selection. The geography selection of FDI produced an effect upon regional distribution in urban areas, balanced the regional economy and accelerated the course of urbanization. The business selection of FDI promoted the adjusting of industrial structure, contributed to the changing and upgrading the central cities from industrial economy to service style economy. The investment pattern selection of FDI catalyzed the rise of metropolises.
