摘要
研究板料弯曲的新工艺与新模具;详细介绍新模具在“V形”、“U形”、“形”件弯曲成形过程中的工作原理,通过实验得出了新模具与新工艺的有关参数;它与常规的弯曲工艺及模具相比,具有明显的技术经济优越性。
In this article, the author has carried out a research into the new technology and new mould in bending and winding steel board, and given a detailed description about mould's working principles in ″V type″ ″U type″ and ″U type″ bending and shaping process , some related parameters have been obtained in the experiments. Comparing with the conventional technology and moulds, the new ones have its own evident superiority.
