治疗截指残端疼痛性神经瘤的新方法（附16例32个神经瘤报告）

A New Method to Treat Amputation Neuro-mas in Fingers

本文介绍一种治疗截指残端疼痛性神经瘤的新方法－自体神经原位再植术。经动物实验获得成功后，用于临床治疗截肢（指）残端疼痛性神经瘤４２例，优良率达９５．２％，其中治疗截指残端疼痛性神经瘤１６例３２个神经瘤，疗效最佳，全部病例随访１～７年，平均４年６个月，优良率达１００％，无并发症。手术操作简便，值得推荐。

Abstract ,Autogenous nerve replantation in situis a new operative method to treat amputa-tion neuromas in fingers.On the basis of thesuccessful experimental study,the authorhas treated painful amputation neuromas infingers in l6 patients(32 neuroma).ll cases were followed-up for 1～7 years,with an average of 54 months.100%achievedgood to excellent results with nocomplication.The operative technique issimple and worth for recommendation. Theoperative method and gists were intro-duced.
