摘要
通过模拟试验改进某电厂以弱酸阳离子交换处理出水为补充水源的循环冷却水系统的补水方式和水质稳定剂配方,有效解决了该电厂循环冷却水系统同时存在结垢和腐蚀的问题,同时提高了浓缩倍率、节约了用水量,并使系统金属的腐蚀速率大大下降,有效保护系统设备。
Through improving make up water way and water quality stabilizer for cyclic cooling water system to treat the effluent water as supplementary water source by weakly acidic cation exchanger, the scaling and corrosion existed simultaneously in the cyclic cooling water system of thermal power plant were solved effectively; the concentration time number was heightened and consumption was decreased as well, greatly lowering corrosive rate of metal in this system and protecting the equipment in the system effectively.
