骨巨细胞瘤DNA定量分析及临床意义（谈影响骨巨细胞瘤的预后因素）

在采用先进的流式细胞计对４５例ＧＣＴ的标本进行细胞核ＤＮＡ定量分析和细胞周期分析的基础上，随访其中的３１例，将可能影响其预后的１１种因素（包括核ＤＮＡ含量和Ｓ期细胞百分数）采用多元逐步回归统计学方法处理，结果显示预后与手术方式呈负相关，与核ＤＮＡ含量呈正相关，与其他因素关系甚微，在前二者中，以手术方式的作用更为重要。

Abstract We used Flow Cytometry(FCM)toanalyses 3l cases of giant cell tumor of bone(GCT)who were followed up and dealt with 11 prognostic factors with multiple regres-sive statistic method.The results showednegative correlation between prognosis andoperative method,positive correlation withnuclear DNA ploidy,less relationship withother factors,The operative method playedmore important role on the prognosis.
