摘要
本文报告踝关节外侧副韧带损伤病人６８例。根据临床表现，将损伤分为Ⅰ～Ⅲ度，并采取不同的治疗方法和固定时间予以治疗。经３～１６个月的随访，优良率为９６％，作者提出：踝关节外侧副韧带损伤的预后，与原发损伤的程度，既往有无外伤史及合理的治疗方法有关。
Abstract
68 cases lateral ligament injuries of an-kle joint were divided into 3 groups.We treated them with
different methods and time of immobilization.The excellent and good cases were in 96%. We
considered of the prognosis of lateral ligament injuries were related to many reasons,such as
de-gree of primary injury,pass history of injury and rational treatment.
