骨盆骨折的治疗（附96分析）

骨盆骨折占所有骨折的３．４％，是创伤中常见的严重损伤，常伴有严重的合并症和多发伤。本文就９６例损伤的原因，骨折的类型和治疗结果进行了分析。重点讨论了骨盆骨折与合并伤、失血性休克、血管损伤、脂肪栓塞综合症、下尿道损伤的诊治情况。对骨折本身的处理，主张按照其类型而异。作者认为髂内血管结扎理论上可行，但是实践中却难以达到目的，故需谨慎选择。

Abstract Pelvic fracture is an usual and severeinjury,accounting for 3.2%of the totalfractures. often accompanying by severecomplications and multiple injuries.96 casesof pelvic fractures associated with injuries,type of fractures and result of treatmentswere analysed in this paper. Especially dis-cussed the diagnosis and treatmet of thepelvic fracture and associated wounds, hypo-volemic shock,injury of blood vesseles,fatembolism syndrom and posterior urethra in-jury. The authors suggested that to selectvarious treatment were on the basis of frac-ture types. Ligation of internal iliac bloodvessels was theoretically adaptive,but weshould carefully select it in clinical prac-tlces.
