经阴道超声子宫造影诊断子宫内膜病变的价值

The value of transvaginal sonography and saline infusion sonohysterography in diagnosis of endometriums abnormalities

目的:评价阴道超声子宫造影对子宫内膜病变的诊断作用。方法:经阴道超声对48例疑为宫腔内病变患者行阴道超声子宫造影检查。结果:48例患者,其中内膜息肉14例,粘膜下肌瘤18例,内膜增生过长10例,内膜癌3例,正常3例,以宫腔镜和病理结果作对照。结论:与常规的经腹超声和单纯经阴道超声相比,经阴道超声子宫造影对子宫腔内病变的诊断准确性高,是一种简便易行,疼痛少,无合并症的诊断方法。

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic role of transvaginal sonography (TVS) and saline infusion sonohysterography (SIS) in diagnosis of endometriums abnormalities.Methods: 48 patients with endometriums abnormalities accepted examination by TVS and SIS.Results:Of 48 cases, there were 18 cases of submucous myomas, 10 cases of endometrial hyperplasia, 3 cases of endometrial carcinoma and 3 normal cases.Conclusion:TVS and SIS in diagnosis of endometrial abnormalities had higher accuracy comparing to routine belly ultrasonic and simplex TVS, which could be a easy, less painful diagnostic method without complications.
