On Hegemony

霸权是一种整合国家间利益的权力方式(关系)。它与霸权主义、帝国主义、资本主义、大国主义、“极”有着根本的区别。霸权的兴衰存在着客观的必然性和偶然性。科学分析霸权及其兴衰有助于我们在国际政治实践中有效维护国家利益,搞好国家关系,从而促进世界的和平与发展。

Hegemony is one of the means(relations)of dealing with the interests among states.It differs fundamentally from hegemony and hegemonism,imperialism,capitalism,powerism and'pole'.The rise and fall of hegemony has its objective necessity and contingency.To analyze it scientifically will help us maintain national interests,develop national relations and promote the world peace and development.
