摘要
规范、科学的教学管理是提高人才培养质量的重要保障。我们从科学理念的建立和对教学工作体系的认识入手,结合高校教学及管理的一些现状,对进一步深化高校教学管理的几个关键问题进行了分析,并提出一些相关建议。
Normative and scientific teaching management is the important guarantee to improve the quality of developing college students. This thesis, on the basis of understanding of working system and the current situation of teaching and management in college, starting with the foundation of scientific theory, will discuss several crucial problems and put forward some suggestions to how to resolve them.
