孕期甲状腺素不足对后代神经心理发育的影响

摘要 甲状腺素是新生儿生长发育所必需的一种激素 ,但以往的研究多集中在甲状腺素对后代形态学发育的影响方面。该文较为详细地介绍了母亲孕期甲状腺素水平对后代神经心理发育影响方面的最新研究成果 ,结果表明 ,母亲孕期甲状腺素不足会导致后代神经心理发育的滞后甚至异常。加强孕期妇女甲状腺素水平的监测并对异常者进行治疗非常必要。 Thyroid hormone(TH) is an essential hormone for child's growth and development, b ut the past studies focused mostly on effects of TH on offspring's morphology. T his paper reviewe d the recent researches on maternal TH level during pregnancy and its influences on neuropsychological development of the offspring. A conclusion was drawn from rec ent related researches that TH deficiency during pregnancy could result in ret ardation even abnormality of th e offspring's neuropsychological development. It's very crucial to monitor mater nal TH level during pregnancy and provide timely HRT for those pregnant women wi th hypothyroidism.
