摘要 基质金属蛋白酶是参与细胞外基质降解的关键酶 ,细胞外基质的降解是滋养层细胞侵袭过程的关键步骤 ,基质金属蛋白酶与其特异性组织抑制物的失衡可使滋养细胞侵袭过浅 ,导致妊娠期高血压疾病的发生。 Matrix metalloproteinase(MMPs) are key enzymes for degradation of extracellular matrix. While the degradation of extracellular matrix is a crit ical step of the trophoblastic invasion.The imbalance between MMPs and their specifi c inhibitors can lead to shallowed trophoblastic invasion,which may contribute to development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
