摘要
探讨采用石墨矿渣作为高速公路填筑材料的可行性。通过对石墨矿渣及其水泥稳定后材料的水温稳定性、抗压强度、劈裂强度、回弹模量等物理力学性能的试验分析,探讨了水泥稳定石墨矿渣的可行性,提出了水泥稳定石墨矿渣用作高速公路底基层的施工压实控制标准,指出了合理的水泥剂量为6%。
Studying the feasibility of using graphite scoria as filling material of expressway. Based on the testing analysis of mechanics performance of graphite scoria and the stability of water and temperature and compressive strength of the material after the stabilization of cement, the paper discusses the feasibility of cement stabilized graphite scoria, and indicates a criteria for compaction control of construction of using the cement stabilized graphite scoria for the subbase course of express highway, and finally suggests a proper dose of 6% for cement.
