摘要
针对高压电机定子绕组的故障原因进行分析,提出了一种提高匝间绝缘的击穿强度及抗褶裂的方法,详细介绍了电机定子的故障原因,绕组绝缘的方法和绝缘的热击穿性对性能的影响。通过试验手段可以证明此方法的有效性和可操作性。它能够使电机的各项性能得到明显的提高,使绝缘的故障率降低,使用周期延长,具有很高的应用价值。
In view of the fault analysis of stator winding of the high-pressure electrical machinery, the article puts forward a method of improving the disruptive intensity among loops and resisting the pleat split. The reason for the stator winding fault and the research on the winding insulating method as well as the influence on the performance by the heat disruption are introduced in detail. Testing validity and operational ability can prove this method. It can improve the various performance of the electrical machinery obviously and reduce the fault rate as well as lengthening the using period. It has great application value.
