摘要
利用Pro/E三维软件和I-DEAS有限元软件的强大优势,给东风朝阳柴油机厂最新开发的CY4102BZQ柴油机机体的结构建立了实体模型和有限元模型,进行了变形及模态分析计算,应用模态试验验证了模型的精确程度,可对其结构刚度有一个较为准确的估计,从而能够合理地改进和优化设计。
With Pro/E and I-DEAS FEA powerful advantages, entity model and finite element model are built for the newly-developed cylinder block of CY4102BZQ diesel engine, which are based on the analysis of distortion and mode, in order to estimate structure rigidity, then can improve and optimize the design project, the precision of the model is provided by the modal test.
