摘要
网络技术是网络伦理问题产生的基础,从现象层面和本质层面对网际交往过程中所出现的伦理问题进行分析,进而说明研究网络伦理学对加强社会主义精神文明建设具有重要的意义。
Network technology is the basis on which network ethics is brought forth. The superficial and intrinsic problems of network ethics are discussed in the era of network. The study is supposed to be of use to the socialist ideological civilization.
