Comparison of Venture Capital between China and United States: Problem and Solution

从风险投资的资金来源、规模、投资的地区分布、阶段分布和行业分布、风险投资机构的组织形式、治理机制和退出七个方面对中、美风险投资业进行了全面比较;在此基础上,提出并解释了我国风险投资业存在的问题,特别强调了这些问题之间存在的内在逻辑联系;最后给出了相应的政策建议。

Venture capital is compared between China and United States in terms of capital source, amount, investment area distribution, stage sequence and field, organization of venture capital institution, administration mechanism and withdrawal. On this basis, problems are presented for discussion in Chinese venture capital, with focus on the inherent logic connection between these problems. Measures are brought forth.
