摘要
光纤制造管理系统是光纤制造技术的重要组成部分。本文介绍了光纤制造系统SPTS的设计与实现。首先简要介绍了J2EE、MVC模式和Struts等相关技术;在需求分析的基础上阐述了SPTS系统的基于Web的三层体系结构,并以光纤暂存车管理功能为例论述了SPTS系统的具体设计;讨论了SPTS实现中的关键技术问题,包括平台选择、条码标签打印、与现场控制系统的连接和系统响应速度等。
Fiber manufacturing management system is a key part of fiber manufacturing technology.This thesis introduces design and implementation of Fiber Manufacturing Management System(SPTS).It begins with int roduction of related technology such as J2EE,MVC and Struts.Based on requirement analysis,it discusses SPTS'web based 3-tier structure,system design and implem entation.With a fiber holding cart case,it discusses some key technical issues i n SPTS implementation,including platform selection,barcode printing,interface to production control system, and system performance.
