上皮型钙粘素和β-连环蛋白及其基因的化学修饰在肿瘤中的作用 被引量:5

摘要 肿瘤的发生是多因素参与的复杂过程,上皮型钙粘素和β-连环蛋白复合体与肿瘤的发生密切相关。该复合物不仅通过介导细胞间粘附,而且与信号传导通路有关,具有抑制肿瘤浸润的作用。复合体成分可发生不同类型的化学修饰,其中包括CDH1基因启动子区甲基化、β-连环蛋白酪氨酸磷酸化异常和上皮型钙粘素糖基化等。此类化学修饰可能影响复合体与细胞骨架连接,导致信号转导异常,有利于肿瘤的增殖、浸润和转移。
