侵袭性甲状腺乳头状癌研究进展
The advances of invasive papillary carcinoma of thyroid
摘要
具有侵袭性的甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)并不少见,国际已有确定的分型。其组织病理及细胞学表现都与普通乳头状癌有差别,发病与染色体畸变及多种基因的突变、重排有关。术前正确诊断、积极治疗及密切随访可改善预后。现综述有关的临床、基础研究。
