摘要
介绍了非圆齿轮节曲线和轮齿分布的特点,利用CAXA的三维实体造型功能和特有的一些绘图命令,以椭圆齿轮为例具体阐述了三维特征创建的过程。完整地再现了零件的实体模型特征,并为进一步进行有限元分析、计算机模拟刀具轨迹的生成和数控加工,奠定了基础。
This paper presents the characteristics of noncircular gears pitch curves and tooth distribution. Based on the function of three-dimensional solid modeling and some specific drawing instructions, the formation process of three-dimensional features is expounded in detail by the example of elliptical gears. The solid model features of parts are reproduced sufficiently and the foundation of further finite element analysis,the formation of computer simulation tools trace and numerical control machining are provided.
