摘要
通过对滑动轴承主要失效形式和机理的分析,说明尽管引起轴承故障的原因形形色色,但所导致的结果都是破坏液体润滑,使轴与轴承产生接触摩擦。在总结现有诊断技术成功应用实例的基础上,首次提出“最少试验故障模”的实用诊断原则,并以轴承各种故障的共同特征—接触摩擦作为滑动轴承故障诊断研究的唯一故障基准模,将滑动轴承简化为一多输入(多种故障原因)—单输出(接触摩擦)的灰色系统模型。这种新的研究思路有利于降低研究难度,提高研究成果的实用性。此外,这一研究思路还可借鉴用于其它领域的故障诊断。
According to the analysis of the main failure froms and mechanism of plain bearing, although the causes of bearing failure diverse, they all result in destruction of fluid lubriction and contact friction between bearing and shaft. Based on the successful application of the existing diagnostic technique, this paper presents the least Test diagnosis Model as the practical research guideline for the first time, selects contact friction, which is the common charactersic of various failures, as the unique diagnosis base model, and simplifies plain bearing as a gray system model of multiple inputs and single output. The new idea can make not only the research easier but also the result more practical. It can also be applied in fault diagnosis in other regions.
