摘要 目的:研究有机溶剂/表面活性剂(Sdvent/Detergent,SD)灭活SAPS冠状病毒的效果。方法:采集正常人血浆,加入指示细胞,再加入SARS冠状病毒,进行SD病毒灭活,同时设空白对照,培养,比较灭活前后细胞生长情况。结果:加SARS冠状病毒灭活后的血浆与不加SAPS冠状病毒灭活后的血浆细胞生长情况一致。结论:SD法能有效灭活SARS冠状病毒。 Objective: To study the inactivation effect of Solvent/Detergent(SD) on SARS-CoV in human plasma. Method: Collect human normal plasma,add indicator cells, then add SARS-CoV and carry out virus-inactivated by the treatment of SD. At the same time, establish blank control,culture and compare cell growth situations before and after inactivation. Results: Cell growth situation is consistent both inactivated plasma which is added to SARS-CoV and inactivated plasma which isn't added to SARS-CoV. Conclusion: SD treatment can inactivate effectively SARS-CoV.
