重组TFPI-2抑制纤溶酶活性的酶促动力学实验方法研究

摘要 目的:建立重组TFPI-2抑制纤溶酶活性的测定方法。方法:应用酶促动力学分析方法,建立TFPI-2抑制纤溶酶的测定方法并进行抑制动力学分析。结果:重组TFPI-2对液相纤溶酶均有显抑抑制作用,且呈剂量-效应关系。结论:重组TFPI-2具有强烈抑制纤溶酶活性的作用,为进一步体外探讨TFPI-2在相关领域的应用,提供了可靠的测定方法。 Objective: To establish a assay for plasmin inhibition with the recombi-nant TFPI-2. Method: First investigating suitable conditions for plasmin inhibition assay, then the antiplasmin activities of the recombinant TFPI-2 were tested in fluid. Results: A assay for plasmin inhibition has established, and antiplasmin activity of the recombimant TFPI-2 is confirmed in fluid. Conclusion: Recombinant TFPI-2 has strong antiplasmin activity, which provides the experiment basis for investigating the role of recombinant TFPI-2 in relative fields.
