摘要
随着现代信息技术在中国高校图书馆得到迅速、广泛地应用,我们必须引进现代管理思想和方法,改革旧的思想观念和管理模式,建立有效的激励机制,坚持“读者第一、服务至上”的管理理念,加大信息管理的工作力度,实行全员竞聘的岗位责任制,使高校图书馆管理早日实现现代化。
With the rapid and extensive use of modern information technology in China’ university libraries, we must introduce the modern managing thought and method, establish an effective mechanism of encouragement, persist in the managing thought of “Readers first and service supreme”, add to the strength of the information management, carry out the institution of the all staff compete to be engaged, so as to the university libraries’ management realize modernize as soon as possible.
