摘要
目的:研究用β-环糊精(β- CD)包合缬草挥发油的工艺。方法:采用均匀设计法,考察β- CD与缬草挥发油比例(g∶mL)、包合时间、包合速度、包合温度4个因素,以包合物收得率及挥发油包合率为指标,确定缬草挥发油的最佳包合工艺。结果:最佳包合条件:β- CD∶缬草挥发油比例(g∶mL)为7∶1,包合0.5 h,包合速度250 r·min-1,包合温度80 ℃。结论:确定了缬草挥发油的β-CD包合最佳工艺。
OBJECTIVE To study the β-cyclodextrin inclusion technology for volatile oil of Valeriana officinalis . METHODS A uniform design method was used. The four factors which included the proportion of β-CD and volatile oil of Valeriana officinalis , inclusion time, inclusion speed, inclusion temperature were considered. The recovery of inclusion complex and inclusion rate of volatile oil were used as the criteria of establishing the optimal condition. RESULTS The optimal conditions were as follows: the proportion of β-CD and volatile oil of Valeriana officinalis was 7∶1, inclusion time was 0.5 h, inclusion speed was 250 r·min -1 , inclusion temperature was 80 ℃ . CONCLUSION The best β-cyclodextrin inclusion technology for volatile oil of Valeriana officinalis is confirmed.
