摘要
目的:建立胆芩降压颗粒剂的质量控制方法.方法:采用薄层色谱鉴别处方中的龙胆、大黄、黄芩、黄柏、栀子;用薄层扫描法测定胆芩降压颗粒剂中大黄素含量.结果:在薄层图谱中检出龙胆、大黄、黄芩、黄柏、栀子的特征斑点;方法学考察显示,大黄素点样量在0.248~1.24μg范围内显良好线性关系.大黄素平均回收率98.71%(n=5),RSD为2.37%.结论:本方法可作为本制剂的质量控制方法.
OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for Danqin Jiangya granules ( Radix Gentianae;Radix Scutellariae; Cortex Phellodendri;Fructus Gardeniae ). METHODS Radix Gentianae,Radixet Rhizoma Rhei Radix Scutellariae.Cortex Phellodendre,Fructus,Gardeniae,were identified by TLC.and the content for emodin in the Granules was determined by TLCS. RESULTS Radix Gentianae Cortex Phellodendri;Fructus Gardeniae could be tested with good linear correlation in the range of 0.248 to 1.24 μg of the emodin.The average recovery of emodin( n =5) was 98.71% ,with RSD of 2.37% . CONCLUSION The methodis accurate and can be used for the qulity control of the Granules.
