摘要
少数民族地区的边缘化在于教育隔离,教育隔离是制约少数民族地区建设小康社会的基本因素。民族地区新的教育隔离的瓶颈在于高中教育。解决问题的出路在政府特殊政策的引导与帮助。
The marginalization of the minority area results from its educational deficiency which is a key obstacle hindering the building of a well-off society for all. The improvement of the senior middle-school education in the minority area is the key to a solution of this problem, to which the government should give special policies and help.
