云南省沿边境地带生态环境监测与管理信息系统的设计和建设 被引量:8

摘要 文章首先介绍了系统的的总体结构和功能,包括业务流程需求、总体功能结构和系统软件结构等内容,提出了日常信息管理、定期规模化遥感监测、应对突发事件的应急反应等三种工作模式,以及适用于职能部门、公众用户和移动用户的C/S版、B/S版和混合单机版三种软件体系模式。文章阐述了本系统研究开发过程中对于若干关键技术问题的解决,包括多源多类数据的集成和融合、基于遥感图像的生态环境现状及其变化信息的监测和提炼、生态环境信息的尺度转换、生态环境评价模型、生态环境动态仿真和虚拟表达等。 This paper introduced the achievement of the design,research and development of the system of ecosystem dynamic monitoring,evaluation,information management and comprehensive adjustment.At first,the paper described the structure and function of the system,including business functional flow,overall functional and software structure,which put for ward three operational models,i.e.,for the routine information management,for the periodical large scale RS based monitoring,and for the emergency response.It also raised three software systems and C/S,B/S and stand-alone versions suitable for professional departments,public users,and travellers.Secondly,the authors expounded the resolutions for some key problems,including the integration and merging for multi-sources & multi-type data,the ecosystem status and change monitoring and information extraction based on Remote Sensing images,the dimension transformation for ecosystem information,the ecosystem evaluation models,the dynamic simulation and virtual display for ecosystem,etc.Finally,some key points in the system development and building stage are described,including platform selection,database establishment,development of functional tools,user interface,as well as the integration of the system.
