锁定放大器(LIA)是微弱信号检测的重要手段,广泛应用于各个领域中,介绍了一种利用锁定放大器测量放大器噪声系数的方法,从锁定放大器的工作原理、测量放大器噪声系数的电路原理及相应的改进措施等方面进行说明。
Locked amplifier (LIA) is widely used in many fields as an important way to detect the small signals. This paper introduces a method of using a LIA, of which mechanism is discussed, to measure the noise parameters.
