大学“社会中心论”思辨——兼论话语权与现代大学制度构建的关系

Speculation on the theory of university as social-center: concurrent discussion on the relationship between the right to speak and the construction of modern university system

大学社会中心论的阐释主要包括三个方面 ,一是领袖论 ,二是万能论 ,三是话语权论。而这三种阐释目前都不能全面地体现大学的社会中心地位。在承认大学社会中心论的同时还必须清醒地看到它给大学和社会带来的不利影响。是否拥有话语权是构建现代大学制度的前提和基础。论述了政府、社会和大学对大学拥有话语权的责任和作用。

The theory of university as social-center has three connotations, namely,university as a place to cultivate leaders, as a place to bring up versatile personnel as well as a place to enjoy the right to speak. However, these three interpretations cannot fully reflect university as social-center. While accepting theory of university as social center, we should also admit that this theory could cause negative impact on both university and society. The authors of this paper point out that whether to enjoy the right to speak is the presupposition and basis to construct modern university system. Finally, the authors has expounded the responsibility and function on the part of government, society and university for the right to speak in the university.
