双师素质教师培养的思考与实践 被引量:4

摘要 高职高专院校的主要任务是培养生产第一线所需要的应用型技术人才。因此要求任课教师同时具备讲师和工程师的任职资格 ,或具备"双师"素质。但由于各种原因 ,目前高职高专院校中"双师型"教师较少 ,达不到国家对双师型教师比例的要求 ,严重影响了教学计划的完成。为了提高"双师型"教师在教师总数中的比例 ,提高现有教师的"双师"素质 ,列出了 5种引进和培养"双师型"教师的做法 ,详细分析了各种做法的利弊和实施的可行性 ,并对西安欧亚学院建筑工程系培养教师"双师"素质的做法进行了叙述。 The main task of senior vocational and technical colleges is to train the applied and technical talents who are badly needed in the production front line. Therefore, teachers should have professional qualities of lecturers and engineers, namely, the qualities of 'double competency' teaching staff. However, due to various reasons, there is a lack of such teachers in senior vocational and technical colleges, which cannot meet the requirements of our country. Consequently, the accomplishment of teaching plan has been severely influenced. In order to enlarge the proportion of 'double competency' teaching staff and improve their qualities, the author of this paper not only lists five methods to recruit and train the 'double competency' teachers, but also thoroughly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each method as well as the feasibility of each method. Meanwhile, the author recounts the methods to train the 'double competency' teachers in the Architectural Enginee- ring Department of Xi'an Eurasia University.
