超广谱β内酰胺酶的分型及研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 革兰阴性杆菌产超广谱β内酰胺酶(ESBLs)是导致临床致病菌对新型广谱抗生素产生耐药性的重要机制之一。ESBLs是由质粒介导,主要由克雷伯菌属和大肠埃希菌等肠杆菌科细菌产生。美国国家临床实验室标准化委员会推荐的表型检查方法只对大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌适用。采用分型技术对ESBLs进行检测,可以提高检出率,指导临床合理用药,控制耐药菌株的播散和进行流行病学调查。
