由于管理资源约束,快速成长的企业可能面临步入低速成长阶段,即出现彭罗斯效应。但从长期而言,由于管理团队扩大以后的能力提高和管理约束的减缓,企业可能再次进入高速成长阶段。

Known as The Penrose Effect, a fast-rowing firm is likely to enter a period of slow growth as a result of managerial constraints. From a long-term perspective, however, the firm can gain high growth rate again, due to the enhancement of the capabilities of its enlarged management team and the alleviation of managerial constraints.
