摘要
骨受应力作用变形后在骨内产生电位的性质,称为骨的力电性质。活塞式压力传感器的研制是湿骨内动态力电性质的实验研究的重要课题之一。活塞式压力传感器在骨的力电性质研究中既是施力装置又是测力装置,是圆满完成整个实验的关键部件。本文较详细地介绍了活塞式压力传感器的研制原理,力与应变关系的推导过程以及应变片粘贴及固化工艺。
The property that the electric potential results in bone from strain of bone under stress is termed as the stress generated potentialofbone. It is a key project to develop the piston-type pressuresensorforthe experimental research intothe stressgenerated dynamic potential in bone. The piston-type pressure sensor is a device to apply and measure force making it a key part for the whole research project. The current paper presents the research principle of the piston-type pressure sensor, the derivation of the relation between strength and strain and the technology for attaching and hardening the strain sheet.
