摘要
介绍了基于传统风洞试验数据基础上,汽车散热器芯子散热性能数学模型的建立,并在此模型下,开发出汽车散热器风洞试验的计算机仿真系统。在实际应用中,使用该系统测量散热量与真正风洞试验测量值误差小于2%,可优选出最佳芯子结构,使样品试制、试验周期大大缩短。
Based on the documents of traditional wind-tunnel experiment, the mathematical model was established, And the computer simulation system was developed about the wind-tunnel of auto radiator on the basis of it. The error is less than 2% that measure diffuse amount by using this software than the traditional wind-tunnel test. According to it, the best fuse can be chosen, and the time is shorten on the test-manufacture.
