血管紧张素Ⅱ-2型受体在心肌肥厚中的作用并不清楚,早期报道其抑制生长,可越来越多的证据表明其促进生长。本文就近年来血管紧张素Ⅱ-2型受体在心肌肥厚中的作用研究进展作一介绍。

The role of Angiotensin Ⅱ type 2 receptor(AT_2)in cardiac hypertrophy is not clear.Although earlier reports indicated that AT_2’s functions are growth suppression,an increasing number of evidences indicate that AT_2 promote cardiac hypertrophy.This review focuses on the progress of AT_2’s effect on cardiac hypertrophy recently.
