吸引力是评价新产品概念的综合性指标,它由核心吸引力和扩张吸引力构成。在高技术产业中,投资回收期的引入使吸引力指标的评价更具有实践指导意义。理念化程度是评价新产品概念的另一个重要指标,理念化的产品概念融入公司的愿景,成为企业文化的一个核心要素和经营理念的一个基本组成。有效地评价和选择新产品概念,保证新产品开发和创业投资的成功与高效率,要有足够数量的备选产品概念供选择。
The attraction is a synthetical index for evaluation of new product concept. It is composed of the core attraction and the outspread attraction. In high-tech industry, the introduction of investment payoff period makes the evaluation of attraction index more meaningful for practice. The idealization degree is another important index for evaluating new product concept. Idealization product concept composed into the company's expectation is one of primary elements of enterprise culture and a basic part of its management idea. For effective evaluating and selecting of new product concept and for the success of production development and venture investment, it is necessary to offer enough candidates of new product concept.
