l,6-二磷酸果糖复方丹参液治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病合并心肌损害

Fructose-1, 6-diphosphate combination with injection of salvia miltiorrhiza compound in the treatment of neonate hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy with myocardial injury

目的:观察l,6鄄二磷酸果糖(FDP)联合复方丹参注射液对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)合并心肌损害的临床疗效。方法:64例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病合并心肌损害患儿随机分为两组,治疗组34例在常规治疗基础上采用l,6鄄二磷酸果糖联合复方丹参注射液治疗。对照组30例采用常规治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率及临床症状改善均优于对照组,两组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:l,6鄄二磷酸果糖联合复方丹参注射液治疗缺氧缺血性心肌损害有良好疗效。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of fructose-l, 6-diphosphate (FDP) combination with injection of salvia miltiorrhiza compound in the treatment of neonate hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) with myocardial injury. Methods: 64 patients of HIE with myocardial injury were divided in two groups, experimental group and control group. 34 cases in the experimental group were treated with FDP combination with injection of salvia miltiorrhiza compound, 30 cases were treated with routine treatment. Result: There was a remarkable difference between them both in the total efficient rate and recovery of clinical symptoms. Conclusions: FDP combination with injection of salvia miltiorrhiza compound are effective in treating myocardial injury of HIE.
