摘要
安阳市职专生厌学率为81.5%。引发因素:职专生学习存在困难;家庭教育不当;社会对职教有偏见和职业中专学校缺乏竞争力等。反思:注重学法指导,“以人为本”,实施差异分层次教学;深化教学改革,适应社会需求;加强师资队伍建设,培养一支“双师型”的教师队伍。
The rate of being tired of studying is 85% for students in Anyang secondary vocational schools. Causes: difficulty in studying; unsuitable ways in family education; prejudice against secondary vocational schools from society; lack of competitive capacity for secondary vocational schools and so on. Reflections: paying attention to the guidance of studying methods and operating levels in teaching; deepening the reform of teaching; meeting the needs of the society; strengthening construction of teachers, troop and training teachers into double - qualifications type.
